ATI is an investment company based in Ashkelon, Israel, that was established in 1991 as part of the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Incubator Program. From it's inception till now, ATI has financed over 60 companies in various technological fields.

By taking hands-on approach to start-up management, ATI is helping entrepreneurs to build an independent technology-based business. In 2007 ATI was privatized by Biomedix Incubator Ltd (TASE), turning its focus towards healthcare and cleantech related ventures. Biomedix is one of the largest life-science investment groups in Israel. Among Biomedix' shareholders are Pontifax Venture Capital Management Company and other leading healthcare investors.
